Live watercolor painting, a living keepsake from your wedding.
Live watercolor painting (or live painting) turns a moment from your wedding into a keepsake painted on the spot. Instead of one more photo, every guest who wants one leaves with their own 5×7 watercolor, painted by Gabrielle during the evening: the outfit, the posture, the folds of the fabric, no face and no background. Something you hang on a wall, not something you archive.
Why live watercolor instead of a photobooth
A photobooth produces dozens of near-identical photos that end up forgotten in a drawer. A hand-painted watercolor is unique, never repeated twice, and becomes something people actually frame. It's also a living activity: your guests watch Gabrielle paint throughout the evening, which creates a natural gathering point around the easel.
How the evening unfolds
Gabrielle arrives ahead of your guests to set up, photographs each guest who wants their watercolor, then paints at her own pace for the rest of the evening. The full step-by-step process is explained further down on the main page.
